Crittenden Adjustment Co
1385 Fordham Dr, Ste 500 - #124, Virginia Beach, VA 23464
CRITTENDEN ADJUSTMENT COMPANY (CAC) a Virginia based Corporation, was organized in 1971 by Archer B. Crittenden. Arch Crittenden and his wife initially worked from their garage expanding the business in the 1970s. In 1980, Arthur M. Hardy was hired and opened the first branch of Crittenden Adjustment Company in Petersburg, Virginia. In the 1980s the company expanded into other areas; including a medical malpractice department, an Aviation investigative unit and additional branch offices throughout Virginia, North Carolina and into Florida.
In 1993, the Florida operation was spun off into a separate entity and the original Crittenden Adjustment Company remains a viable part of the independent adjusting business in Virginia and northern and eastern North Carolina. CAC has been a member of the National Association of Independent Adjusters (NAIIA) since 1979, an affiliation of which we are very proud.
All of us at CAC are indebted to Arch Crittenden, our deceased founder, for his strengths, his knowledge and what he has taught employees of Crittenden Adjustment Company through the years.
